SINGLE CHANNEL MELTING CUM HOLDING FURNACE size will be varied according to no of strand of continuous casting system.

• The cathodes are charged in melting chamber of furnace. Then the melt is transferred to holding furnace via opening at bottom as the metal get melt.
• The continuous casting system will be situated above the furnace and the withdrawal machine drawn the copper rod or tube.
• The furnace system controlled by program logic controller and all parameters are monitoring by scada.
• It can able to announce the fault of process.
